an-ominous-atheist asked: I don't believe in any "shoulds" except for "you should have safe sex!" Should people be married before doing it? No (okay actually, I do have shoulds, because I think people SHOULD test the product before buying it). Should a person be in a serious relationship? NO. That is MY preference, and I personally would not have casual sex. I personally am slightly more traditional. I get to know somebody, we do the, "I like you, you like me, let's do this," thing, and we just take it from there. Sex is a heat of the moment thing (though always protected). No discussions. The amount of time that has elapsed doesn't really matter. It just happens, and then after that, we're full speed ahead when it comes to how often we do it. We stay loyal together in a traditional one-and-one relationship with no other parties involved (ideally, lol). We either fall even more in love, or eventually grow apart and break up. It's aimless, it just goes on until it's over.
But that is MY PREFERENCE. I, unlike other idiots, realize that. What other people do is none of mine or anybody else's business.
Sex being regulated? Governments that do that ought to be toppled. Hate that shit. Definitely not. Stay out of my sex life and I'll stay out of yours!
By regulation I’m talking about it being done by the individual or by society pushing its standards. Nothing more.
Thanks for the response.
